Objectives
Assess the timeliness of identifying multi-organ dysfunction and the factors contributing to clinical deterioration.
Review the diagnosis and severity assessment of acute kidney injury and other affected organ systems.
Evaluate the appropriateness of renal function monitoring, fluid management, medication adjustments, electrolyte correction, and renal replacement therapy considerations where indicated.
Review identification and management of potential causes of AKI.
