Description
Advances in medical care have not only improved treatment outcomes, but also accelerated preventive medicine, with a target of not only improving the human lifespan, but also improving the quality of life. In Women’s health, a lot of our work is centered around well woman care; with a large portion of it committed to preventive care. This is especially true of obstetrics, so much so that sometimes, the gynaecology of it falls through the cracks.This bespoke symposium, jointly brought to you by the Association of Progressive Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (APOG), and Q-Pharma, seeks to close this gap;
Objectives
1. Increase our knowledge of the conditions we manage on a day-to-day basis,
2. Emphasize the critical role of a multidisciplinary approach to women’s health together, as gynaecologists, endocrinologists, cardiologists, dieticians and psychologists,
3. Build strong teams that will ensure out patients have the health outcomes they deserve!
